This wine bar and kitchen has been created out of a series of special dinners in the home of founder Josh Loeb. It is located at the intimate Santa Monica neighborhood known as the Rustic Canyon. From a small neighborhood gathering to a full-blown food business, this bar provides great food and wine to its patrons. More specifically, the food on its Farmer’s Market menu is made of fresh ingredients that come from local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen who practice sustainable agriculture. What’s more, all of the food in this bar is carefully made and plated by Executive Chef Jeremy Fox. You should try the Focaccia with burrata, Niman Ranch Burger, Ricotta dumplings, Ciabatta and olive oil, and Ratatouille. As for desserts, you can choose from its delicious ice cream flavors and cakes.
It’s beverage program includes artisanal beers, hand-crafted signature cocktails, and an extensive wine list. You must, certainly, try the Moscow Mule and Whiskey Sour. The Rustic Canyon bar, also offers twenty special drink options that rotate on a regular basis so you can try something new every time you visit. With its fresh food and drinks, you would definitely come back to this place after your first try.
